There's so much to do, check these off your list before the big sale ends!

We're bidding farewell to the big Sale, and the #SummerGaming can really begin!
The sale ends on June 18, and these are the last few days to stock up on games for your DRM-free summer playlist – games you'll easily pack up and play anywhere, like by the beach or out camping, which is not nearly as ridiculous as it sounds.

We made a to-do list for keeping track of what needs doing:

✓ Check if you're close to unlocking Sunless Sea or RiME! Spending $5 before the sale ends gets you the first, spending $20 unlocks the latter.

✓ XCOM: Enemy Unknown premieres DRM-free and invades #SummerGaming with an 80% discount, this award-winning turn-based strategy is a wonderful choice for slow and steady laptop gaming.

✓ Catch up on what's big and new in the sale! Over fifty games joined the lineup including Kingdom Come: Deliverance Pack (-20%), Surviving Mars (-30%) and The Witcher 3 – GOTY (-60%), realMyst (-70%), Commandos (-90%), FAR: Lone Sails (-10%), Mages of Mystralia (-40%), Hyper Light Drifter (-60%), Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak (-75%) and many others.

✓ Visit gog.com/connect and turn your participating Steam games DRM-free.

✓ Itching for Cyberpunk 2077? Oh boy, who isn't. Scratch that itch with our best-of collection of cyberpunk-inspired games.

The #SummerGaming Sale will run through June 18, 10 PM UTC.
I just bought "Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood". I had not seen it before in the offers and that's why I omitted it in my previous purchase.
I'm angry at the moment . Wasting the second day on TS12 installation . .

I see both Train and Transport Fever are on sale .

Which one is better ?
Can i play in sandbox mode ?

Kakarot96: They have packed up the base game plus the Treasures of the Past DLC and this pack is the only one getting discount (priced base game in euros + 5 euros from DLC alone and hten applied the discount). The price for the base game is still the same.
They've launched the Kingdom Come: Deliverance Pack at $58.83 (20% discounted price $47.09) and increased the base price later to $64.99 (20% discounted price $51.99). I've just seen that the initial price was the same as the increased price of the original game, which previously was $57.30. So it probably has been another GOG mistake.

The Deliverance Pack now is even more expensive than the sum of it's parts ($64.99 vs. $58.83 + $4.99), but I guess that's the premium you pay to get the pack marked as owned, considering GOG's broken mechanics with DLCs and complete editions. ;P

badon: Yes! The party should just keep going.and going... $50 tier, $100 tier, etc. $20 maximum is far too low.
avatar
mike_cesara: Why not? I'm sure some of us are spending quite impressive amount of money on those sales ; )

avatar
i_hope_you_rot: $250 tier : Cyberpunk 2077 sweepstake ( win a trip to Warsaw and play the beta )
avatar
mike_cesara: Not a bad idea actually ; ) (except cost of the trip to Warsaw, that should be on you)
I bet this would work for many.
I'm glad I'm not the only one spending higher sums of money on GOG sales. GOG is the one and only reason I decided to make it a hobby to become a "serious" gamer this year.

GOG, I'm not sure if you're aware of this or not, but I never once looked-up any of those games you listed. I did hover my mouse to see if they're linkified, but they're not. If they were all links, I would have looked at each one of them. Please start linking game names to the GOG game page. It's smart business, and to not do it is probably worthy of being called "lazy".

Risen 2 game is $2.5 but the 5 MB Risen 2 DLC (gold) upgrade is almost $4... Must be a mistake.
Risen 3 is the opposite - base game almost $4 and DLC is $2.5
At first i wasn't planning on buying anything but then you released X-com. I had the base version on steam and i just had to buy the full package DMR-free, (especially at this price) since i don't use steam anymore. And i got sunless sea for free! A bit of a shame that i was busy and missed the Ziggurat freebie.

Well all I need now is the classic version of skyrim (Legendary edition) here on GOG.

Um i just wanted to install the game, and what the hell happened to the classic installers? There's only a huge galaxy button!!!

Sherlock Holmes bundle added to my previous list of shopping ✓
Add bundle to the basket button would be very helpful. Please, include it next time : )

There's a new name for it, Download Offline Backup Installer under the big blue button.

Hush now. They want you buy the non-bundled price you see. So, you can't add bundles. ;D

But seriously, this is a good suggestion. Together with maintaining a longer shopping cart, before it clears out after a few days.

Nah, discount still applies even if games from a bundle are added separately. I did try it, involves few more clicks though.. And we need that time to enjoy our games! ; )
cyberpunk 2077 is apparently first person. i think that just ruined it for me. i don't think i care about cyberpunk anymore and i certainly don't care about gwent. especially with it's single player paid dlc. it's a shame, because i own every game and movie that company has made here on gog with the exception of the adventure game which i own on steam. who knew witcher 3 would be the masterpiece of a decade.
I got seven new (old) games out of this sale.
Three of them "for free". Thanks again for these!

Of the four others:
one was from my wishlist,
one was bought for reasons of pure nostalgia,
one was cheap enough, to buy it out of sheer curiosity, and
one was a DRM-free replacement, for a game I already own on Steam.

What I notice with every new sale:
it gets harder and harder for me, to find anything interesting (and/or cheap) enough to buy.
Not much for me : just got deponia 4 to complete the collection.

I own many good old games i want already, so i'm waiting for more old classics to arrive
mostly point and click ( 2d games) and some rpg ans RTS games ( 2d)

Many complained about this fact but so far nearly everybody who has seen their demo on E3 was literally blown away. So U'll wait (probably a long time) until the game has been released before I finally decide.

Again. For me it depends on what this single player mode actually contains. If it is much more that the ftp GWENT (meaning complete campaign, other game mechanics ect.) I would consider this to be a different game. Of course also the price would be important to me. So at the momet I just have not enough information to judge this now.
Real Myst
XCOM EUCP (shhh....don't tell my wife I already own it on PS3)
Titanic Adventure in Time
X-Com Interceptor
Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb
Warhammer 40k: Armageddon Orc Hunter

...and Patrician 3 from today's weekly sale
