They do the voiceover in cartoons/animations.

You know what German actors do for the German versions of (foreign) "Zeichentrickfilme", Animes, etc?
The actresses mentioned above do that for the US market.

I know that CD Projekt Red might be against Artificial Intelligence as I heard of I mean creators of this forum website however you have to admit that her voice of Kath Soucie is so adorable. Almost like younger Michael Jackson. Speaking of VAs I wonder why some cartoons/games don't properly attribute each VAs to their characters? Like for example Rick and Morty only lists the VAs involved in the episode, but not who they play. Some games do this too, usually the older ones from the 2000s.

Not really. But I think the answer to that question is the studio or actors couldn't bother with continuity, or simply budget issues.
