GOG has always been an horrific site, but now, you are incompetent too? #
Your ridiculous 2FA system is BROKEN. It is NOT sending any mails at all. On top of that, your customer support pages are also broken, and cannot be used. Any query I log, is ignored for a week, then marked SOLVED without any action.

Do I actually have to threaten legal action before you clowns do your jobs? Am I literally going to have to get a lawyer involved just to access a damned game? Is this how you want the world to see you?> Incompetent, belligerent, and utterly unconcerned?

How do I make you actually do your jobs and assist me with YOUR broken systems?

An obvious question: did you check your spam box?

Not an obvious question, an embarrassingly stupid question.
Do you think I am an idiot? If that your response? It has to be user error, even though their 2FA has NEVER worked correctly, like everything else they make?

Mind your business if you do not have anything actually useful to say.

Yes
Good to see the fanboys are as idiotic as the staff. Real bunch o' big brains, always ready to insult people.

How's about minding your business, and not spamming your stupidity everywhere.
Touch grass.

Just what kind of answer were you expecting then?
Asking about the spam box is obvious, but do you have any idea how often people actually do not check it?!

As for a broken 2FA system - can't you link it to phone so it sends you an SMS instead?
I'm not entirely sure how the system works, but I remember using my phone when I used non-home PC's to login to GOG.

The irony ... The "fanboys" didn't even need to use a single bad word, all it took for you to be "insulted" is a single affirmative "yes" to the words you said.

If you want others to mind their own business and not react to your rant, don't write in a public forum. You think GOG staff is going to read forum posts instead of your support tickets? No, you probably just wanted to vent to the world, so don't act surprised if the world notices you and comments.

No. It's either e-mail or nothing at all. You can disable two-step login on the login and security page, but of course you need to confirm this action with the e-mail verification code.
I've noticed in the past that the email validation took a while, but haven't had the same issue for a good while now. There might be something with the domain of the email that just takes it a bit. After changing it to a more common one, Gmail, the emails tended to come through very quickly. It's likely something on the backend that does more security validation depending on which email provider is used. That or maybe the routing of the message is more complex with some of them.

Not receiving an email at all is a big problem with this sort of 2FA. If they're going to limit to only using email, then their system needs to be pretty responsive. Better yet, I think they need to start the process of getting either an SMS or authenticator app in there.

''You need an e-mail to disable two-step verification.'' OP has problem with e-mail.

This is what is called a tragicomedy. :''D

Thanks for the info.

It's hardly becoming of me to be pretentiously moralising a stranger like this; I probably shouldn't waste my breath, but all the same... your belligerence and lack of self-awareness is the only disgrace here. It's only with great shame that I can call you my compatriot...
