Week #6 ends at 25.4%, a new milestone and over a quarter of the way to the goal :D Still working through the chocolate I was gifted at Easter, but popcorn is back on the roster.

Tallima: From this thread, I decided to get an exercise bike. I'm riding most days at least 30 minutes and about half of days 90 minutes. It's knocking weight off me fast. And I thought I had plateaued. That's great to hear. Hope it all goes well! :)
GR00T: Xyem, I'm impressed with your commitment to this endeavor, and have to tell you, you've helped motivate my wife and me. We've started a regimen of regular exercise (nothing overly intense, just making sure we get at least 10,000 steps per day, part of which must be a walk outside) and have cut back on the food intake (mostly the ''this stuff tastes great, but it's full of empty calories" kind) as well as reducing the alcohol intake. Only into week two, but it's going well and there is a reduction in the amount of blubber I'm sporting. :) Really glad to hear this thread is helping others get motivated to achieve their goals. A very pleasant surprise. Keep it up!
