Wouldn't that rather go in the opposite direction, lots of exercising and lots of calories to fuel it all instead of what I gather is the current program of limiting intake?

But while I'm here... Just covered a half marathon distance running through the park today, so managed it 5 weeks before the actual half marathon I'm signed up for, as I got used to do this practice run these past 2 years, and as one should from what I gather. Coming after skipping a lot of runs lately, between the weather and the flu, sure felt quite nice to beat last year's practice run time... By 8 seconds. Over 21.1km.
