You know what I love most about XCOM: Chimera Squad?

All the vitriol about 'forced diversity' that's been spewed all over the Steam discussion forums is mirrored almost exactly in-game... by murdering terrorists trying to justify their actions.

Well, that and it's a lot of fun, but it's XCOM, so of course it's great fun.

well I believe in that if a company can turn bad it can also turn good , hope the xcom3 wont have these issues ,but little chance for it

Here is a Steam review copied and pasted for your perusal. If it is true, I 100% for sure won't be buying this.

"Cant launch without an active internet connection.
Its singleplayer only, and doesnt have any online features, so it purely connects to their servers for data collection.

It also does not ask/tell you that it does. Pretty sure that illegal but dont take my word for that.

And if you try to stop it, it locks you out of the game and becomes unplayable.

Apparently it's 'just' a crappy launcher which is, for some reason, web-based. It's causing other problems too, so hopefully it'll be changed soon.

Oddly, I tried running the game directly out of curiosity, and it added a bunch of debug options to the main menu.

Well, apparently this is a thing. Didn't see this coming at all. Hopefully it shows up here sooner rather than later (same day release would be awesome).

It's a thIiiIiiIiiIiiIiiIiiIiiIiing like chicken, Chicken is a thing too! there are many things that can make more things because everything is a thing.

Completely agree there with you!

Phantom Doctrine is not an easy game. So start on easy, and learn the game. There's so much to it as well, lots of things to learn and to do. The story is quite amazing for a game like this. And the "Investigation Board", a mini-game, is a blast.

Just talking about makes me wanna go back playing... :D

Well, at least they got rid of the annoying time limits from XCom 2 so that's something. But I think I will wait for a GOG release as well.
