PC-8801 or MSX?
(By the way, did you notice the "X" in MSX-DOS? It's not the same as MS-DOS and requires a different CPU architecture, for example.)
I had to look up what either were and it looks like the MSX had Bomberman so i chose that.

Vampire killer. I don't know those games, but I'm against vampires and killing them seems like a good idea.

Except that Castlevania *also* has you killing just as many vampires. (Castlevania could be said to be a retelling of Vampire Killer; the levels in Castlevania are based off those in Vampire Killer, but simplified (and, in particular, side paths removed).
Super Nintendo, because I grew up on it, and I like the sound chip better. (The types of music that the Sega Genesis sound chip handles well happen to be the types I dislike.)
