RDouglass1: Thanks Themken. Much Apreciated.
Glad to be of help. I have asked way too many questions when learning this game too. :-)
Most games I have played have a Delete Game Option in the same Block as Save and Load Games...

Guess that would be Too Much to ask for this game...
I Had an exasperating Experience today...
almost 2 Mill in my Pocket, Two Large Freighters worth over a Mill Each, and with both of them, I could have Bought a Large Fighter, (I forget the name, but it is in the SY In The Northwest Corner), There were 10 each of the Large, Medium, and Small Ships... The Yard was FULL!!

By the time I got my ships in that area, ALL Of The Ships were GONE Exceot the SMALL ONES!!!

How long does it take the Yards To Re-Stock??
or does that availability go with REP also??
The ship I wanted, I think, was The Large Skate Fighter...

It depends on the economy and the material stock in those particular sectors, so it could be some time, or not that much. Only the S variant will always be available. It has nothing to do with rep.

It's indeed a somewhat annoying (but realistic) part of the game you have to get used to. I usually keep an eye on multiple shipyards, especially when I buy freighters, because I will obviously want to go for the fully stocked option (L) which is not always available.

If you're not doing this already, I'd drop Navigation Relay Satellites/Advanced Satellites near any shipyard I run across to easily keep track of their stocks.

It's random, I think.
NOT random but dependent on availability of the shields and weapons IN-system. I think his can be cheesed if you like. Got to test my theory.

So those <insert ship and variant here> S, M and L in the shipyards are THE EXACT SAME SHIP except the loadout as the S version only comes with a single 1MJ shield ("paper") and the L comes with a full set of shields. You can press the i key while the model name is picked in the shipyard's trade window to see exactly what gear comes with which version and also other details about the ship.
Thanks. The only way I was seeing any Info on them was to Propose Buying them...
Then it Commits $$ and only returns Part of that.
When I started this Senario I am playing now, I saw that Split and Oaranid were both RED from the start.

As I was playing I was looking for a way to get them Neutral, so I can Trade and Fight in those areas. While doing Missions in the North and West Section of the Galaxy, I began to run Into Ships which Offered Jobs to KILL, Trade Fleets of Boron and Argon... Looks like I Found a Way to get them Neutral... If I ever Chose to do so...
In this game that I started recently (X3TC to be on the same wavelength as OP) I am also hated by two races.

Things we can do to improve relations with factions that hate us:
- Avoid killing any of their kind, including the bounty hunters they send after us (annoyingly difficult).
- Kill their enemies in their sectors (easier in border sectors).
- Do those assassination and convoy attack missions they always offer, at the cost of losing rep with other races.
- Shadowing missions are often offered even if they hate you but these are annoying and take lots of time; best done in a fully upgraded and kitted Kestrel, especially since the mark might be flying something really fast too.
- Every now and then, there will be some other missions offered by people of that race but many of them are pirates. Best one I feel is the asteroid scan as that can be done in a Kestrel even if you have to scan deep inside enemy territory.
- As soon as you are allowed to dock some stations, you may sell things to them even if not allwed to buy yet. From there on it is easy to improve relations.

In short, if you keep looking for missions, there will every now and then be one you can do.

Talking about missions... I have had "very hard" ones that were easier than "very easy".
Is there any way to get rid of the Snow Storm at the Start of the Game??

Thanks.
Not really snow storm but pieces of metal coming together to form the Egosoft logo. Pressing ESC twice takes you to the game but you can also mod it away: http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=315147

I got one of these and went Looking for the Folks who wanted me to Go To Look for their Friends... Story Line I would guess..

When I got Into the Xenon Core, I was Hit With Serious LAG, like I have never seen in this game before...
It became almost Impossible to use the Mouse for anything.
Finally Finished everything in there, and docked at the first station I saw when I got Out, Just so I would Not Have to repeat that... Then When I Launched, I Bumped An Asteroid and BOOM!!! The 5MJ Shield is like Tin Foil...
I need to Shuttle Energy and Computer Components to the Base in the Core, and after one or tow trips, I need to Save game, Exit, and Reboot my System to Clear the LAG... I Have a Great System, But That System hits it like a Sledge Hammer...

Indeed and at those high speeds a crash is not survivable. Still best shield of all M5s.

That lag is strange. I have problems due to this super weak graphics card but otherwise the game runs fine.
