amok: ignoring is censorship?
Matruchus: Definitely. It takes away freedom of speech.
Eitherway this is my last post on this.
That's a very strange definition of censorship.
If I do not read someone's posts, they are still free to post what ever they want - so their freedom of speech is not invalidated. Likewise, you are free to read whatever carp they post, so your rights are also not invalidated.
While freedom of speech is a human right, so is also the choice to read what you want.
You yourself can not read everything published, so whenever you make a choice, follow a particular author, listen to a particular person, there is someone else you can not read/listen to , and this is a choice you have taken, prioritised. The right and ability to do so is just as much an important human right as being allowed to say what you want.... it just means that people may not listen to you.
If you are telling me I do not have the freedom to ignore who I want to, then..... that is in itself a type of policing my media and daily life, which is closer to censorship than what you said
