You know, I rue the designer at Nintendo who made the Twerkey.

It's a turkey with a smile plastered to it's buttocks. I feel this, and the image on the link bears no further explanation.

Think you can do one worse?

Note: This is a thread for stupid, ugly, generic, and bad monster designs. Not "bad" as in "actually effective". No Chryssalids; as those are a good "bad" monster by being able to run though a squad of units and they look scary as hell.
I don't have a picture of it anymore sadly, but in school I coded a raptor/space invaders type game (only way, way more simple) for a school project, but ran out of time towards the end. As a consequence the final boss monster was a smiley face with a gun sticking out of its side. Haven't anything worse than that yet.

And I disagree, the twerkey looks awesome xD
Hoo boy. For several months since Spore launch you kept encountering obscene, racist and otherwise hilariously provocative critters everywhere. So Spore as a whole takes the crown, I'd say.

I feel like that's a slight cheat.

Phantasy Star 3 has some really goofy designs. Here is one example.

Great Greed is a Gameboy game where everything is food based. The enemies are often weird, and I believe I remember fighting a hotdog at one point.

Ah, Phatansy Star 3, the unwanted child of the lot.

That would explain why it is my favorite.

Well, I can safely say you care more for Phantasy Star than Sega does currently.
I watched a Miitopia review. The game is freaking hilarious. Twerkey's butt is probably the tip of the iceberg. And there is a Switch version.

Haha. That reminds me of a shooter that I was programming for a school project on an Apple II which ended up having such an elaborate title animation sequence that I ran out of memory and couldn't progress further with development, nor did I have time to rework it. I still received a passing grade from the commandant/instructor, however.
Cho Aniki
The "boss monsters" in particular are something else.
Trubbish and Garbodor. What would I want to do with a bag of trash other than take it out?
