tinyE: You are no fun. :P
I was however serious about eating people. NOT GOING OUT AND KILLING THEM, just processing the ones who die every day of natural causes and accidents.
I have never once understood the stigma of cannibalism .
The problem about eating only humans that die of natural causes or accidents is that you're usually not there to remove their internal organs upon that moment of death. Like almost any animal human internal organs begin rotting almost immediately upon death. This fouls the rest of the flesh relatively quickly so that it becomes unsafe to eat.
This is a big reason why going out to hunt and kill prey is more desirable than finding something already dead. Actively killing something means you'll be there to clean and gut it to preserve it as long as possible. This is the main reason there's stigmata against cannibalism. To be an effective cannibal means you must go out and actively kill other humans.
As for world hunger... Xenomorphs... lots and lots of xenomorphs.
