This happens on the odd occasion i have windows 10 seems if i turn off my computer then start it up again it works could windows be just updating windows 10 is a bit crazy other wise it is not bad at all.

Yep,that could be the problem and sometimes the server plays up.

Could be any number of things, Win10, or Galaxy. Personally I don't have this issue as I download via browser download and play totally offline, no problems with anything internet orientated then.
