The link to the offline installer for Wolfenstein 3D 404's. Was this recently updated?

Downloads for me as well.

As reported here, the Spear of Destiny expansion was recently baked into the Wolfenstein 3D base game, maybe the download link still points at the old installer on your end?
An account/refresh usually sorts this out.

I refreshed the account again and it finally worked! The Spear of Destiny upgrade may have been the reason why it wasn't working before.
