Here are the templates:

"Which version of the game have you played?" Uhhh.. I can't answer "both". This is too difficult, I give up.

Easy, let me help you... Which one of those, you played FIRST, then? Or rather, which of those two, you prefer?

Which version of the game have you played? *
Fully translated (English voiceover and subtitles).
Partially translated (only English subtitles).

FULLY translated is NOT English voice over only since it has been translated into multiple languages including voiceover. You should really change that only leaving "Fully translated (Voiceover and Subtitles)" and "Partly translated (Subtitles only)" - by mentioning English you won't be able to get a truthful result since several players probably did not play this in Polish OR English.

yeah. videos are unavailable for me. still I assumed what they say and could still pick a correct option saying im not offended.
What is the purpose of this survey?

What does the level of gore and profanity in this game matter in relation to other games?

Also, define genre? Am I to compare the game to other RPGs like Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls and Fallout? What about RPGs like Disgaea, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest? Does Borderlands count?

The Witcher series takes place in its own unique universe comparing and/or suggesting that the game would be better if it had less gore, profanity and nudity and was more like Dragon Quest is nonsense. Both series are among my all-time favorites and I enjoy both for what they are.It would be ridiculous to see the DQ series with Akira Toriyam's art featuring a slime bouncing around dropping F-bombs.

Kind of hard to do, especially if you don't know or remember the scenes. Realistically, the answer should be "no," but i have a feeling that the person who created this survey just realized that this was a bad place to put it if he wanted more than everyone saying the same thing.

It'd also be hilarious.

The purpose is to find out whether the translation teams responsible for the localization of the game were able to preserve the level of some of the profanities and graphical violence throughout different language versions and how big are the differences in reception of said profanities.

It all depends on you. As you probably know, many video games these days can hardly be described as belonging only to one particular genre. Sure, The Witcher is an RPG, but so is Dragon Age and those two have not so much in common regarding gameplay. That is why I would prefer for you to relay on your own gaming experience.
I am not sure what you're trying to achieve with those questions but it seems to me like you're on some kind of burning books quest and I'm not going to be a part of it. Doesn't Numbers calculate correctly? If there was something wrong with The Witcher games people wouldn't buy it I guess.

Believe me, I highly doubt there is anything wrong with The Witcher. I love the game and this is one of the reasons I picked it, and the survey is just a tiny part of my study on audiovisual translatinon. The Witcher is not the only subject. No one is gonna slander the game, that I promise.

Then I can assure you there are strong words and nipples in every culture around the planet. I've heard and seen some of them personally ; ) You could be more specific in your first post because judging by the questions..
I don't like the surveys anyway and unlike the first two games played the third Witcher only in one language so far. Might play in Russian and English in my fourth and fifth playthrough, just like I did in the past.
I think you'd better ask on the German forum, where censorship is still strong. Besides, there are many untranslatable sentences like "ciemność, widzę ciemność" you won't understand unless you were born long enough ago here : ) And why is it only about The Witcher anyway?

Not sure how asking people how offended they were has much to do with quality of translations. The translator's job isn't to censor (even thought it happens).
