I was playing the classic version of WITCHER 3 WILD HUNT and had a lot of "bonus/prizes" (whatever u call the little icons u unlock!). Then i was upgraded with the free version of Witcher 3 (GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION) but....

I LOST ALL MY BONUS/PRIZES/UNLOCKS!!!!!!!

If savegames are syncronized on the cloud, how little unlocks icons can`t? CAN I GET THEM BACK? Is there any Patch?

Witcher 3 GOTY and non-GOTY have different game ID.
They do not share achivements.

To the sysem, they are two different games.

Its nice to have such a swift answer.

One more question, is it possible to have a patch to fix that???? I mean, it`s a dum "glitch" or unfortunate error at least! I have a lot of achievements. Sucks to lost them!

I do not know if there is any patch for it.
But you can try to ask at its sub-forum:

Or ask it via GOG Support.
