After launching the game. The game freezes in a few seconds and I need to kill the process and relaunch it around 7 times to get it to work. What causes the problem?

Without more info (your system specs, any possible error messages, are you using Galaxy, etc.) there's no way to tell.
It's probably trying to save you from having a bad time. ;)

I am using galaxy. No errors.
My specs:
16 gigs RAM
Intel core i7
GTX 960
My game is on a normal HDD, same as galaxy.
Throw a blanket on him.
Also, try to post your game related problems in the Witcher 3 sub-forum.
People using GOG main forum only to post Witcher related questions is getting tiresome.
This site isn't just about Witcher 3 you know. :P

Probably a good idea to try in the WItcher 3 subforum, as suggested, but one thing to try is update your video drivers to the latest stable release.
Next time try launching it directly, without Galaxy, just to see if the problem is related to the client. You can find the executable in the installation folder of the game. ( The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64\witcher3.exe -- Something like that. )

Could also be some other program causing conflicts, such as your Anti-Virus software.

You're right, I guess the Witcher 3 threads do distract a little from all the wonderful political discussions. :P

Those discussions wouldn't be so bad if everyone would just shut up and agree with me! :D

That was hi-lar-ious Mr e.

It was funny because you put :D after it.
Well I don't know what caused this but I deleted my user settings and it seems to work fine now.
I am sorry for not posting this to the witcher 3 subforum.
