You are talking to a guy that thinks neither Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, or Justice League are not that bad that everyone makes them out to be and believes he has seen worse.

But really Henry Cavill is a capable actor. He just needed better direction.

And he said he wanted to act as Geralt.

Having seen all the Henry Cavill Superman movies, thus having seen him shirtless several time(I can't believe I'm saying this :))), I really think he is the perfect Geralt body double. As far as face and voice go, there will never be a perfect doppelganger. However if he can manage to capture the spirit of Geralt, and they don't mess up the screenplay, this might end up being a decent production, maybe even a guilty pleasure.

I cannot stress enough, how important the story and worldbuilding will be for this series. Henry Cavill should be the least of our worries. Honestly, the last thing I'd like is another Vikings, perfectly cast characters, shitty aimless ?storyline?.
