True, but the same goes with the avatars (Although they're considerably smaller). Like spam in the forums it could be found and removed - any user in breach losing those rights or whatever.

Spam is FAR easier to spot than content posted on forums.

You could technically do that now by uploading pics to your profile feed. I think GOG needs to add a report button and have someone to handle that. If a certain amount reports come in automatically block the profile.
