hi all and thx for this topic.

My question is : is it possible to apply a patch from the dev on GOG release?
Or it will bug our game?

Because in this case we just have to collect all the updates in a topic
(sry for bad english)

Democracy 3 was a Steam-specific update and yes, I just confirmed this with the developer.

As for Chroma Squad, we're still waiting on a working 1.073 update. The devs will have that for us as soon as possible.

Worms World Party's update should be live now.

Starpoint Gemini 2 will be updated ASAP and the DLC will be added.

Windforge...still waiting on it ourselves.

That's about all I can comfortably share at this time.

Darksiders 2 had a hotfix released, we will be getting a patch that has the hotfix fixes and other fixes as well.

That's not here because it's a separate game. If it were a patch for one of the existing games, then yes it would be on my list.

I know. This isn't an angry complainy thread; I just wanted to compile all of these games together as it became more apparent, and bring some attention to it is all.

made an important change to Hand of Fate regarding its DLC. Talked with the developer and long story short; I talked consumer rights, they say 'check, we're not in breach' and 'Screen Australia knows the difficulties of working with multiple platforms'. Also, 'ask GOG if you want a refund'.
If GOG manages to contact them for a more concrete answer, then I'll change my entry accordingly.

Just a quick question - why would not selling the DLC here be in breach of any consumer rights? I am not condoning this practice, just wondering about this leap of logic.

I have no idea. In all honesty, I wanted to see their response; and it told me what I needed to hear, because it brought out the other pieces of information - them telling me I should get a refund if I don't like it, and 'the difficulties of multiplatform'.
edit: this isn't the only time I've spoken with them so keep that in mind. Anyway, if you want to discuss further please 'chat' with me instead.
