Hi, I can't see some option for changing the controls, i don't have a joystick for playing

Back in the days, a joystick must have been mandatory, however today with dosbox, you may use the mapper (ctrl-F1) to emulate a joystick through the keyboard.
Read the dosbox manual if you don't know how to do it. You have to select the virtual controls in the mapper, click add, and press the real life key you want to bind it to.
Make sure that the joystick is activated in the dosbox config file first.

thanks but i'm using retroarch dosbox-svn core, there's joystick emulation but it sucks

Emulation of older PCs on Retroarch is pretty bad overall.
I'd stick with Retroarch only for console games, and look for alternatives for emulating old PCs.
