Can these games, of which I have a number in my library, run on windows 11 ?

If game card say work on windows 11 then it should working. Should being the proper word here, some users may not be able to running a game due to hardware setup. But gog does refunds in such cases so all good.

Probably, but why would you want to run Windows 11, instead of an operating system you have control of?

Why not both? Treat a dedicated Windows machine (or if tech-savvy enough, a Windows VM with GPU Passthrough) as a gaming platform and do the rest of the computing in the other OS.

Because I don't want, nor need both. I already gave up on Minecraft when they introduced the account changeover, I'm simply not interested.

BEcause I need a new desktop.

I don't have the tech expertise to split my hard drive, and they don't need a new fast video card.

I don't have it yet, but its on order.

If you aren't playing modern multiplayer games other systems aren't garbage.

I dual booted both my Win10 PC & Win11 laptop with Linux Mint 6 months ago & decided to remove Windows from both my devices as i haven't used it once since. It does everything i need it to do without all the Microsoft bloatware hammering my Hard drives and CPU for excessive amounts of time.

Guys the OP asked if there games would run on Windows 11. They didn't say lets start an OS flame war.

depends, but there's higher chance they'll run since microsoft is crazy about backwards compatibility, don't use linux or whatever since you'll be running windows programs on the glorified emulator named wine
