Which makes me think that GoG likely has everything lined up and ready to go, but the current rights holder could not yet be convinced to give the digital re-release the thumbs up.

Maybe someone with an account on Twatter and/or Farcebook could ask Matt Barton or Doug Wood himself what the current status is. Surely won't get anything out of GoG in regards to this.
Wow. Why in the hell would GoG not want Phantasie or Star Command on their website? Unless they are dragging their feet on doing it. If that's the case, speed it up!
