These games are now fairly old now. And we have 2K games here, so I wonder what's taking so long?
Ever or soon? Take your pick.

Probably sometime after the Remastered Collection gets featured in a new Humble 2K Bundle to create the necessary false hopes that they will become available in GOG Connect.
I really hope we'll see the Bioshock series on GOG someday. Right now the original Bioshock has over 7,800 votes!
edit:
Thanks for the hint Fairfox! I was under impression the original one wasn't available for purchase anymore.
Bioshock should be here long time ago, no clue where the problem lies..

Fairfox: i has bio 1 on humble
not sure why they offer it drm-free thar not here

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ naodays i go where i can
Same here. HumbleBundle has a handful of DRM-Free games nothing compared to GOG, of course. There is also this thread which has a bunch of other stores that sell DRM-Free games: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/list_of_drmfree_video_games_digital_distributors/page1

Some games on Steam also require no client after the downloading and installing has been done. I recently picked up Sphinx and Enslaved: Oddysey to the West that are on this list: http://steam.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_DRM-free_games.
Kinda weird they haven't released those here yet, considering they released Mafia III, which is pretty much the most recent AAA-game owned by a major publisher on gog. They might as well release the entire Bioshock series here.

I'd also like to see some of their other games, especially Spec Ops The Line. Getting that as freebie on Steam is nice and all, but I still want to get my hands on a DRM-free standalone installer.

Someone had me looking up videos of the remasters just the other day and I was amazed to discover they look worse than the originals on PC. Even if they come to GOG watch it be the remasters only, that would be good for a chuckle.

Seems like when most publishers do that, they pull the originals if they're here and then attach them to the remaster so you have to buy those to get the originals.

A thread on the relationship between 2K and GoG:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/drmfree_bioshock_available_on_humble_store_but_not_on_gogcom

Looks like they do multiplayer via Steam's setup only.

I agree.
Did they ever patch out the GFWL stuff?

Only 2 had it, and yes. It's all Steamworks now.
Aren't the remastered versions still broken? IIRC they bundle the original games with them and that's what people still play, because that's all that is still playable.

The remasters are a terrible crash fest , i would encourage people to get the originals before they get replaced , as it was mentioned above i was stunned at how about how poor remasters were .

Maybe they plan to add the full bioshock collection including infinite . the remasters are probably preferred due to the complete content and achievements .
