Medieval 2 Total War is all we need really.

Shogum 1, Medieval 1, Rome 1 are all dated.

Empire, Shogun 2, and Rome 2 are all clearly Steam exclusives judging from the DLC practice.

Trilarion: Maybe.

They belong to SEGA.
How does that equal a "maybe"? Sega does not publish here.

It's more of a "definitely not", UNLESS Sega ever contracts to publish here.
Steam copies run perfectly fine, for me atleast. They're that cheap on reduced prices regularly, you're not missing much by buying it digitally.

Matruchus: I really wish that gog could sign a deal with Sega and bring those games here. At least the old Total War aka Rome, Medieval and Shogun: Total War which only reguired a key to work.
SEGA and GOG both think each other are too niche though. (ಠ_ಠ)

Old games on GOG. Yeah, no one would ever want that. (> _ >)
Try politely informing Sega (or Activision, or Electronic Arts) that you would like the ability to purchase what ever desired version of Total War on GOG to shown that there is interest and significant market for it to be offered on GOG. Imagine what actually might come to pass if people would more promptly directly contact the publishers with their concerns instead of just complaining on the GOG forums. I doubt many publishers are monitoring GOG's forums to find out which games members are complaining about being unavailable on GOG. Bitching at GOG on their forums doesn't change the fact that GOG cannot unilaterally offer things for which they do not have a written agreement with the publishers.

I translate a "definitely not, unless" into a maybe. After all nobody can look into the future. I would not rule out that GOG can strike a deal with Sega in the future (but probably not in the next months I guess).

I would like to buy them again but only DRM free, preferably on GOG. Hope this helps a tiny bit.
Lame question here. SecuROM doesn't work on Windows 10, does it? I just obtained a physical DVD of Leisure Suit Larry BOB and look, launching the game without the CD made a "Disc not inserted" pop up show up, complete with a SecuROM link. Inserting the disc in, I'm able to play the game.

I'm not sure what's the deal about SecuROM and Windows 10 exactly.
Do all medieval games are the property of sega? Medieval 1, Shogun 1 arent available on steam. They have the total war games beggining with Medieval 2. As i understood, those games before medieval 2 were published by a different publisher than Sega. Is that the reason they arent on steam?

Try directly asking Electronic Arts & Activision.
Sega is probably the biggest gap in GOG's lineup at this point. We're missing all of the games developed by Sega, of which there are a lot and there are plenty more on the way. We're missing all the Total War stuff. And we're missing the Relic stuff. If Sega started publishing their stuff here, I'd realistically end up buying about 30 of their games. And that's just the currently released stuff.

I imagine little to nothing would come to pass. And either way, it's pointless to consider unrealistic what-ifs like that. The only way this happens is if GOG's biz dev team gets it done. Complaining on the forums eventually catches the ear of the community managers and the biz dev types, and that's what would eventually push them to pursue Sega instead of [insert generic European publisher here].

You honestly believe that if a large amount of potential customers directly contacted a publisher to inform the publisher that these customers would like to be able to purchase the publishers games from a specific retailer that it would have no affect on whether or no the publisher would consider offer selling the publishers games through the specified retailer? You honestly think that just complaining on the retailers forum is more likely to convince the publisher?...
