Hi

I own a surface pro 2. Before you start laughing, let me explain.

It runs fallout new Vegas perfectly fine (in fact, I won the game with all dlcs attached). I also have civilization 5 brave new world-- I've played about 20 full games of civ 5 with no problems.

Of course, both games are 3d games.

I'm wondering whether Gangland will run on my computer. It says in the specs that you need a 3d card with directx. I'm assuming the game will run because it's 6 to 7 years older than the above games but I'm not exactly sure.

Does anyone know for certain?

will run perfectly fine. A Surface pro contains an intel onboard card (HD4400) which has support until DirectX 11.1
Gangland required Direct X 7 or 9 . Also it will be compatible with your windows as gangland runs on all Windows since XP (XP VISTA, 7,8,10) - so no matter if you are still running Win8 or updated to Win10 you fine

My computer is about seven years old and runs it fine.

Problem is, while fun at first, the charm wears off VERY quickly, and the camera is a pain in the ass.

The Hd 4400 is a 3D card :) - a slow one and an onboard one but for a game like gangland totally sufficient
