The hired individual will need to work in-house, in our office based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nevermind, they've clearly given up already.

I'm more saying that GOG/CDPR has ridiculous hiring practices that are stifling the staffing potential is looking especially lunatic, especially given the circumstances of our now.

Did you answer to the first automated reply you got? You have to do that. After that you can only wait. It might take some time though, support is swamped at the moment. Sending a mail about the same matter every few hours won't make the situation any better.

Wait, you have to actually reply to that automated thing? I thought that was literally, "please take a number and sit down."

On the mighty Steam you would not be enttitled to a refund anymore because you played the game for more than 2 hours already -.-
The first automated response should have a ticket ID and a link you can click to track your ticket.

They mention multiple time that currently the support is overloaded (on top of it's normal overloaded state) so you just need to be patient.

hope they will continue, why should they let people infest their company from outside of their homeland?
Maybe English is not your first language but infest is used in connection with insects.

Look. Orkhepaj is being deliberately anti-globalist to try and get a rise from me. Just ignore them.
