I'm going to say that it's only worth it under the same circumstances that I'll purchase Danganronpa on Steam, which is only after I have emptied my wishlist here and have played my entire 1000+ game backlog so many times over that I'll buy it just to play something different.

That's when you should purchase DRMed Nier: Automata.
