Banned because the experts should make up their minds; either there's an ocean created by the extreme gravity or there's "no surface". You can't have both and by the grace of all that pressure, Jupiter's ocean is most certainly not cold.

Banned because if there is all that pressure and the temperature is therefore high, then wouldn't that mean that the ocean is boiling and that therefore the surface tension is non-existent?

Banned for not understanding the physics of other planets; Jupiter's hydrogen is too crushed to boil, there's no room for bubbles. And deep enough into it, we'd find something like solid helium anyway.
