5 days ago I had a problem with my account. I sent an e-mail to the support team. I haven't received a response in 5 days. This is the first time I've sent an e-mail. Is it normal for a response time to be this long or is it something specific to me?

Slow is the norm. Can be as long as 2 months or more. Plus they dont work on weekends.

You could try direct messaging a smurf. If you lost account access they may give you priority. Not really sure which to ask though.

A moderator who is far from the community is not what I am looking for :D If there is a private message feature, I will try to send a message, I hope he responds...
