Hello, everyone!
I have bought The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY Edition on 20.05, after that I create refund ticket e46d9018-1561-4783-b3eb-de7732649cac, and I have confirmation on my email, that ticket will be processed in 24 h. But i have no messages after this by few days. Also I do ticket bfe02272-4440-44f8-a085-a659af601bc5 at 22.05.2023 with no result and ticket 25deedf3-b417-4a0f-8b85-57dcb3d94897 at 25.05.2023, also with no result.
Also after this I have write on GOG Support at 28.05 (ticket #1522455), and have no answers too.

It is no mo emails on my mailbox, also Spam is empty.
When my requests will be processed, and I have my money back? When GOG just write, that they are working on it, or not working on it, or just something?
Maybe someone have same situation and can help or say something about that?
Thanks for response

In general GOG support appears to be understaffed, so it may take longer than expected to get a response. I would try to avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue. In my experience you get a refund request handled more quickly if you ask for the money to be returned to your GOG wallet. You could also message one of the staff (blue names) on the forum and ask them to poke the support staff, but I would give it a little more time first.
they are not understaffed... just badly designed

op you have your ticket i.e you went to the orders area and pressed the "ask for refund" button = thats all you have to do
Gog will [when they get around to it] give you a refund once the payment method gets confirmed and positing on this forum doesn't help or hinder that outcome
contact support about this. Either fight the way through the chat bot or write a email directly.
For the bot, select or type "other" a couple of times if the choices don't fit your problem.
However, since we are talking here about refunding one of the best games ever created by humanity (along with Unreal, Half Life, Witcher 3, etc.), it would be best if you would reconsider, give the game a second chance and let yourself lost into it.

Did you ask for a refund to the payment method used or in store credit? Store credit is pretty much instant - refunding to the payment method may take multiple weeks as it needs some level of manual review and intervention to minimise fraud risk.

Have you checked your account to see if you've got a store credit amount on there?
I think that email is correct, because I often receive emails with sales and giveaways, and with tickets too.

Yes, I am checking my balance and my email and spam folder regular. But Its nothing.

Why I am asking, at all? Because they write - 24 h, but its around 2 weeks and all I have - its number of tickets, that's all, if I had something, like visible status of my request or, maybe reply of Support (I have wrote them twice during week), to understand, that my request \ requests processed or just skipped and forget

Unfortunately you have not answered the question from pds41

" Did you ask for a refund to the payment method used or in store credit? Store credit is pretty much instant - refunding to the payment method may take multiple weeks as it needs some level of manual review and intervention to minimise fraud risk. "

Because it is definitely true what they said. Normally if you request your money back as wallet funds it often does not take much longer than a few hours and most or the process is completely automatic.

I've only had to refund one game. The request was processed in exactly 1 hour. Credit where it's due, this "semi-automated process" was quick and easy.
As noted in the How do I refund a game? support article, refunds to GOG wallet can take up to 1 day, while other payment methods can take up to 30 days.
Hello everyone!
Today is 38th day, since I have done request to money return, and 29th day since my request to Support. My spam folder empty, my email correct, maybe have any other ideas to communicate with Support?
Thanks to answers

Like other users mentioned, 24h suggests you asked for a wallet refund. As you completely ignored questions about that, perhaps you don't even know what that is and where to find it, so here's a link:
