there is no measure standard in the manufacturing process of chips, i once read an article that covered the topic of amd 7nm vs intel 14+++ nm which seemed to be similar

^ This. Comparing process node sizes across different manufacturers ends up about as futile as comparing TDP figures across different brands...

for now it does seem so though there seems to be a minor power usage advantage on AMD's side .. though with the higher pricings for amd cpu's atm this also might be negligible ... or futile

in the end cyberpunk's recommendation is still a 5th gen intel or amd cpu soo there is that of course
