I had an account about 5 years back and because I didn't log in for a couple years all my games were deleted. I had bought Broken Sword 1-5 as well as Abes Oddessy 1-3 and Tomb Raider 1-3 as well as otther games I can't rmemeber and now all have been wiped and Gog couldn't find record of it so I have made a new account. Very annoyed to have lost all of my games.

In the future I would appreciate it if Gog wouldn't delete games that have been bought and paid for.

They don't do that, and I'm sure support told you that.

After five years it's very likely that you fail to remember your account info.

Dang that's crazy, though I'm pretty heckin sure GOG doesn't delete accounts :) most likely you're misremembering something. also the current account you're posting on is from 2015, why are you just now mentioning this?

Send a ticket to the support. I'm sure they don't delete accounts for inactivity.

Do you have any proof or record of that account having the games? Like, when you bought those games, GOG has sent you a receipt email for each game you have bought. Do you still have those?

Or, let me guess: the email account originally related to that GOG account doesn't exist anymore, so you have lost all those emails? Right? RIGHT? RIIIIIIIIIIIGHT?!? How convenient.

Don't be crazy - the email probably still exists, they probably just didn't pay for it in addition to when they bought the account that some doof was selling on the grey market years ago. ;)

I have lost my first account too, it was early GOG years...but I'm sure it's because I have lost that email after all that time. I don't think GOG would ever do such a thing.

The one you are currently logged in clearly is not new.

You can check your orders history if there's anything listed in there.

Perhaps we should ask the usual question: did you buy those games directly from GOG or from some kind of a key reseller site?

Anyway, you should contact Support and tell them what happened if you really want your situation explained.

Something tells me you didn't read the rules upon signing on GOG, which clearly states you are not allowed to have multiple accounts. In that case, GOG will delete one or more of you accounts.

Pretty recently perhaps...?

I logged into the account after a couple years and there was nothing in the account. This is a new account.
