By referring to the fact that we instinctively feel that people using caps on the internet are screaming, you got me thinking:

When did this psychological digital behaviour-feeling started?
Was it on the early days of ICQ, or from the first Online RPG multiplayer interactions like Ultima? Or is it even before that?
