It's the pilot from Microprose's F19 Stealth Fighter. F-117a is too close to not count, I suppose. For a long time I thought it was even the same game (given that you can select to pilot an F19 or an F117 in that game).

So, onto Tiny's dude.

EDIT: I just found the flaw in this kind of game...you can just use Google picture search to find the correct answer. *XD*
So, to make it really interesting, one would have to make their own screenshots from the game in question.
