They're all kinda dead thanks to the Wi-Fi shutdown. At least you have a large variety to choose from seeing as Game Freak was incredibly lazy about the transition to systems. They're the Japanese Ubisoft.

Because it's just cheaper and easier to get the original White 2, the Black 2 are somehow more rare and I'm tired of all this bootlegs (and german versions :P)...

I've lost interest about Nintendo situation when DS came out, but there was time (few years?) that Nintendo disappeared from polish market (they came back around last year but they are still not very popular compared to Sony/Microsoft), so there is less second hand games at good prices (that's the only reason I can think of). The fact that you can't choose language in Pokemon games (DS one) also don't help.

In my case more like pay 10 euro for the game that I've paid a little fortune ~17 years ago (I have 3DS only)... Oh and battery died anyway.

Money is a good reason. It also has a forest with loads of Pokémon from older generations that isn't in Black, so it might just be the better choice overall.

What about the starter? Look it up, are you going with the snake, the pig or the otter?

I was sure that the only difference between this two is few different pokemons.

As for starter, I'm sure that I will go for Snivy aka snake. :P But it's still a long journey, first I have to get the game. ^^
