It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I'm looking at some statistics to see what impact the redesign might have on sales and want to know what browsers are affected. I'll followup when I have the info requested here.

This is not about the look and design choices (although the "Humbling" of the site is not my preference); it's about functionality. I use an older version of firefox (by choice). The front page is hampered enough that it drives me away from my daily visit. I see no prices on the games. The arrows on the huge spash banner don't work (just takes me to the game listing). Based on earlier discussions, I think I'm missing info at the bottom (see attached images).

The browsers that get the most usage seem to be chrome, safari, firefox, ie, edge and opera. I get the described behavior with (older) firefox, ie 11 (newest version) and edge but don't have access to the other browsers to test. Which of the other browsers get this behavior, and is there a version dependence? I saw in an earlier thread that later versions of firefox work fine. If so, which ones?

I get the same problems as you in IE11.

I posted this in another thread, but I'll coph & paste it here:

"In IE11, my name at the top indicating my account isn't there (I have to go to the forums first in order to do anything), screenshots on the game page reviews are missing, news is missing, the 'Now On Sale' bit only shows 5 games because the scroll arrows don't work, can't search the store by genre, price, or anything else. There's probably other things I'm forgetting right now. But it's only GOG that I have these problems with."
Safari, Opera and Chromium all work fine for me.

Can confirm that Safari and Opera are okay.
lynx isn't usable with the redesign. (There's no way to check the news, for example.)

(IMO, every web designer should test their website with lynx or a similar web browser.)
I can't use any browser on a smart phone now (safari & chrome). The site is too bloated and nothing loads. Of course, that may also be because I've only tried with an older iphone 6 which is slower than newer phones.

I tried using an old, slow computer (pentium 4) which I sometimes need to use, but can't upgrade the OS for. Old versions of Firefox and Chrome on that didn't work. I upgraded to the latest version of Firefox, but even though it's using an up to date browser and a high speed internet connection, the new site is too slow and processor intensive. It just hangs the computer.

I know what you mean about preferring earlier versions of Firefox. On my main computer I'm sticking with Firefox version 56.0.2. The prices show up for me on that. I have the addon: "Classic Theme Restorer" installed so that it works more like earlier versions of Firefox.

I wish it didn't use the GTK3 save dialog though (I'm using linux). Firefox with GTK2 just worked better.

When it does work, I just can't seem to find what I want. So, I tend to use this search page now instead of the main page:

Great, thanks. I guess all I'm missing is firefox version info. Based on the stats, the important info is whether any ffox version 60 or below works (and Chrome version 66 [and below] but I'm assuming that works).
I use the newest Firefox (I too stayed with the old Firefox for a long time by choice due to my favorite download manager not working with this new version).

And I see troubles. I can't get full functionality from the videos on the home page. If I simply click on one... it plays but with no sound. If I try to click anything to turn the sound on.. make it full screen.. whatever... it then just quits.

There also seems to be a lot of "double clicking" on the site. What I mean by that is I'll click on something... anything... say a game title to go to the store page... and it does nothing. I have to click again. This however is not reproduceable as it does not happen all the time but does happen frequently.

There was one other thing I noticed in terms of functionality too but my memory is failing me right now. If/when I recall I'll come back and edit this post.

Hmm, would those hassles keep you from buying based on your general usage of the site? I feel like not having the prices visible makes a severe impact for me. I won't go clicking all the games to see the prices and will stop coming to look. I think I'd endure some hassle if I saw a game/price combo that I liked.
The front page is working all OK for me with Pale Moon. Initially the news section didn't appear and the games had both the price and said "free", but that is no longer the case.

No, they wouldn't keep me from buying most of the time. Sorry, I guess I misunderstood your post. I was just trying to think of some of things that aren't working right for me (most up to date version of Firefox) since this site "changed."

It is possible, however, if I'm in a hurry... see a game on the front page that might be interesting... decide I want to see (and hear) the video of it to see if maybe i want to buy, and then run into these problem that I do just forget about it. Guess that would be more of a "potential" lost sale than an actual lost sale though as it's possible I wouldn't have purchased the game even if the site worked perfectly.
Chrome Mobile: Working as intended, all elements fit to page.

Chrome Desktop + Linux: As above.

I presume Vivaldi would be just the same.

I've the same problems with IE 11 on Windows 7.
