Now it changed to a banner of Witcher 3 GOTY.

Not many left - ra1, c&c1, c&c2 are already free, ra3 isnt great. So the only ones missing are ra2 and c&c 3 - because there was never c&c 4 ;]

Maby this time they will give away free stuff - they done this with fallout when they were giving away rights to bethesda.

Now they are selling all they assets (freespace anyone?) so for them it will be last chance to earn some money

I hope you're right, I mean, the last EA promo was in February.
Btw, afaicr the last promo launching later than usual was the Deep Silver/Atari promo when Risen 3 got released, so at least a new release seems probable. Even though I doubt it, some new EA releases like C&C or The Sims would be nice.
