A Steam user asked Deep Silver for a GOG release of Dead Island, but unfortunately he got no answer, so I don't think we will see a Day-1-release here. (In Germany we will never see it anyway ...)
With a little bit of imagination it could be a kitten ghost. ;-)

With a bit of luck, you'll be able to buy it for a couple hours, just like Dying Light. :)
