Ok I just didn't realise other countries celebrate on days other than Oct. 31.

On November the 1st people go to cementaries and light candles for their family and friends. This is monstrous, about 80-90% of the population actually goes there, and often they have to visit several different cementaries. Take a look:

Well, nowadays Halloween *is* celebrated in most of the Western world (if only as an excuse to dress up with slutty costumes) on the 31st of October, but the original festivity (which traditionally was of a purely religious nature, i.e. remembering the dead and visiting cemeteries, at least in Catholic countries) was and is celebrated on the 1st of November.

Aww, come on!
The Steam Halloween sale is over.
Poland's Monday bank holiday is over.
There was no Weekly promo on Tuesday, allowing for that not coming into work on a holiday stuff.
All the signs point to something out of the ordinary coming.
I just refreshed and no sale.

*sulks*

The weekend promo has one more day to go, so I'll raise my hopes again tomorrow.
