Barry_Woodward: GOG tweeted:

"Coming up: a surprise stream with @Quill18! Follow Twitch.tv/GOGcom . All will be revealed soon!"

What could that mean?
It means a stream is coming up but it's a surprise what willl be streamed. :P

"We now have an e-mail from GOG forum member LeetHaxxor. His question is "WHERE THE HELL IS MY AGE OF WONDERS?! I clicked at the game ever since the sale began and I've yet to receive the game! You deceptive liars!""

Another sale... ...yeah?
First of all, my wallet is empty. Second of all, I already bought over 50 games in the last sale and I still have to play them. Third of all, I'm still waiting for Knights of the Old Republic II.

That being said, I'm sure I'll buy another 50 games or something...
LucasArts confirmed...
... for next year.

Nice catch.

Ah well, I pretty much expected this. Bit of a downer, but what you can do but wait? Besides, this gives my bank account some time to recover.

Noooooooooooo.
Hm, thought so though.
How disappointing, especially since the Winter Sale would've been a perfect time to throw some more out there.
In another thread, it was confirmed that the LucasArts releases were being held back because of issues getting them to run. Since the ENTIRE adventure portion of their back catalogue runs flawlessly on modern OS thanks to SVM and RVM, either this is an excuse not to release anything until after the holidays or we're not getting any more adventures beyond the three we got.

humm... how about if they would be including some other platform versions of some of those adventure games. Like C64 for Maniac Mansion and Amiga versions for Loom or such? Not sure how the ScummVM runs them soundwise on PC...
Then again, with Disney involved, now that this thing is going to take a while, I'm expecting to play Zak Mckrakken GOG version in 2025.

:-( There is indeed no difficulty to get Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade to run (still have the original disks, now out of order, and , fortunately, a backup ).

Does this mean they will focus on their Star Wars games? I'd still be happy to add digital copies of Dark forces and Jedi knight to my library... And btw is KOTOR II causing trouble on modern OS?

Weird. As you say, probably an excuse not to release a batch during the winter sales. On the other hand, Disney is not offering any discount, so....
In the case of Monkey Island 2, assuming we get it, presumably it'll be the Special Edition again.

It's been well over a month and still no new LucasArts games on GOG. Did something happen with Disney and they cancelled the rest of them?

Don't know, but you should read my post above.
