Not those crappy ones :(

We want The Hobbit and The Lord Of The Rings :)
The text adventure Hobbit is not out on PC, so it won't be on GOG.
The EA Lord Of The Rings is more of a boring rpg, instead of an adventure game, so it's not as good.

I actually had a pretty good time with this one back on console. Eventually I got stuck at a fight and I think I ended up trading in the game (or maybe I had rented it?). Regardless, I always missed not pushing further.

I loved the bootleg fellowship you get. It's like "Here's the human fighter Paragon, the dwarf Jimli and the elf Tegolas."

LOL *EDIT* - What the heck is a "boatleg" ? Is that like what a pirate has?

lol i didn't catch that typo.

sounds like a porno tbh.
Where is the GOG.com 10th Anniversary celebration?
Probably under the fridge... whenever you can't find something, it's usually there...

Hopefully that anniversary day will involve the site's old classic design and UI...

...just for one nostalgic Good Old Games day. When DRM-free DD deals with Bethesda, Electronic Arts, and a brokered release of System Shock 2 were but a twinkle in CD Projekt's eye.

Actually, it had a PC Booter release.
Soo... it's not in September...

Who would've thought!
Me thinks, gog.com doesn't do a Anniversary Celebration just to troll you people...
^^
To be honest, I'm more and more convinced that aspects "if" "when" and "how" will be celebrated GOG's anniversary (not only this one) is rather depending on some "trivial" things like how much time staff have in autumn period, if (and what type) of sales they've planned on autumn etc. It doesn't seem to be especially relevant event/celebration for GOG, at least looking for the website's activity (iin the meanwhile, in their lair they're celebrating and eating monstrous amount of DRM-free pizza).

I'm writing it referring to speculations about GOG's anniversary date - to be honest, for celebration any of those would be good, it's just up to GOG guys & gals which date they will choose as most suitable in this year.

(unless I'll be wrong and for this year's anniversary we will have indeed something VERY special...)

Another piece of the puzzle, a streamer tweeted an invite to GOG HQ for their 10th anniversary:
