Refunds to GOG wallet are typically processed within 24 hours — I got mine in exactly 1 hour — while refunds to other payment methods can take much longer.

Of course the honor of appearing in a high-profile CDP game such as Cyberpunk 2077 doesn't come for free.
It's plausible that Keanu Reeves is bound by contract to work off his debt in GOG's support team.

It would have to be HOMM3 and The Witcher 3, which is maybe a bit odd because they're so well regarded.
It's highly unlikely they'd grant a refund for Cyberpunk 2077 with 58 hours of playtime clocked, and the fourth is the System Shock demo.
