Bloodwych - a real good old game - should be released today. Where is it?

GOG doesnt do old games anymore, just indies.

Did the rights holders say that there would be a gog release?

Edit: I checked the steam page and it says it wont be out there for another 4 hours, so there is your timer, 4 hours and we will see.

If GoG has been successfully made aware they're likely still in the process of ironing out the details.
My bet is on them saving it for a release alongside Operencia: The Stolen Sun next Tuesday, hopefully as part of another Blobber/Dungeon Crawler bundle, also including the much-too-long-teased Dungeon Master series, as well as a few of the past rejections, like Aeon of Sands: The Trail, Das Geisterschiff/Der Geisterturm or Ruzar: The Life Stone.

Making thread after thread about it doesn't necessarily help.

It's just, that, by my count we do currently have three threads (the original one, that one and now this here one) about it, which is a bit much, at least as far as I'm concerned.

Well, you know: We germans are bureaucrats, we need three copies of every shit!

Also, it probably wouldn't hurt to contact the publishers directly and ask them if they had already been contacted by GOG. Apparently some days ago they (Mirrorsoft) stated that they wouldn't have any problem in selling on other stores besides steam.
So I guess it's up to GOG if they want the game here or not.

It seems as if Bloodwych won`t come to GoG. A real shame.

I think he just meant that it seemingly won't get a release today, after the official release date (the 26th) obviously has passed.

As quoted here Mirrorsoft "are open to new partners!", so it's either that talks have not happened yet or that GoG has already reached out, a contract has been made and a slightly later release is basically good to go.
