Did they finally put it out of its misery?

Edit: I'm specifically referring to the 'movies for gamers' area of the store. The movies tab in the community wishlist is still there, as are the movies in my library

The direct link is active, perhaps they just moved it somewhere else.

I guess that is just the last inevitable step.
For years, there hasn't been anything new added.
Quite to the contrary - a lot of movies that had been here, have been pulled in the meantime.
I don't think it ever was a big financial success for GOG (though I did my fair share to make it worthwile for them).

There are currently 14 items on the Everything tab on that page. It looks like they're going to axe the whole thing.

Now zero.

Edit: refreshed and they're back I thought I'd just witnessed the end, but it was probably just sale traffic.

Every item on that page 404s and shows the infamous Atlas GOGBear, tho'... (or redirects back to the same page, if you're lucky)

P.S.: It's been like that for a while now, it's not a Summer Sale thing.

how good is the Atari movie?

I was tempted a few times.

If you ask me, it's the only one truly worth the watch (out of GOG's decaying movie collection).

Sad that they never sold the Postal movie here. AVGN movie is probably the second best thing I ever bought here. It;s delisted now, of course.

I'm really sad to see this project go. I had really hoped it would extend to music and e-books.

GOG is a great source of lossless VGM, but I know what you mean

Thanks.
Well, I love the Witcher concert. Even payed full price after missing the giveaway :)
And the free Fechtbuch documentation is also quite interesting, the making of of Kingdom come too, but not quite as.

I guess so did GOG :) It's a failed experiment.

Road 96 and Lichtspeer documentaries are also available, as DLC.

Thanks. I got the Road 96 one. In Lightspear's case I am more interested in the documentary than I am in the game :D
I may be german, but I despise that music style.

Other game bonus documentaries include Crypt of the Necrodancer, Alan Wake, Another World, Bad Mojo, The Book of unwritten Tales, Back to the Future, Ankh, Blackhole, Children of the Nile, Divine Divinity Dragon Commander, Grim Fandango, F.E.A.R., Homeworld Remastered, Harvester, Stalker, Riddick, KKND, Medal of Honor AA, Prince of Persia 2008, Republique, SWINE HD, Resonance, Sam & Max series, Shardlight, Starsand, Streets of Rogue, The Black Mirror 2017, The Witcher series, Venetica, The Last Show of Mr. Chardic, Space Marine, Uplink, Valhalla Hills, Wing Commander 3+4,

At least that's most of which I own, there are probably quite a few more.
And there's of course other video specials like deleted scenes or scenes from news reports and such stuff.
While I agree it's most likely they've just removed the entry, it's possible something just broke the dropdown with the arrival of phantom_liberty_title_title.
