It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Spelspeler: Thank you for the idea.

I checked Epic and Steam and I can see all the Bioshock games there just fine.
So that would mean it is not a region thing...
One last thing you can do is to try a different browser. Assuming you are using Firefox now, ppen a private tab in Edge or Chrome and see if they show.

But it looks to me as if you have to contact support about this.

1. Go to GOGdb and get the product ID for Bioshock Remastered and BioShock Infinite Complete Edition.
2. Go to the list of banned products for South Africa.
3. Note that both 1269268081 and 1752654506 are on the list, while 1111208428 (BioShock 2 Remastered) is not.

If you want GOG to clarify or investigate, you'll have to open a support ticket. Tell the chatbot the issue is of type "other" twice to skip to that step.

Spelspeler: I could see them on the store before, but now the only one I can find is Bioshock 2 Remastered.

What happened to the rest?
Were they removed from the store?
For some reason, games published by 2K have a tendency of being region-locked for South Africa on GOG, particularly their older stuff, such as Army Men, Civilization III, the first Freedom Force, Mafia Classic, the older X-Com games, etc

Take a look at the link below:
https://www.gog.com/en/games?publishers=2k-games

It should have 38 games, but I suspect it will show you significantly fewer.

If I remember correctly, GOG claimed it had something to do with age ratings, but this was years back and I don't know if it's still the case.

I see. Thank you.
It is strange that it is available on other stores though. They also used to be available a while ago.

I'll contact support and see if something can be done.
Nice utility, but how is this generated? I tried it out of interest with "IT", getting 6 results.
Three were unknown to gogdb, one was correct (Germany exclusive version of Kane & Lynch 2) and two were wrong. The list tells me I could not buy Agony or it's soundtrack, but they do show in the store and I also own them.
Huh?
I tried this for UK with: https://api.gog.com/v1/bannedProducts?countryCode=GB
And I found the following:
1086074200 - Unknown to GOG DB.
1438925691 - Agony Soundtrack - available in the UK.
1811181314 - Unknown to GOG DB.
1862505817 - Unknown to GOG DB.
1911154018 - Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days - Complete Edition - available in the UK.
2028023186 - Agony - available in the UK.

So how reliable is this list really?

I hope I didn't just accidentally request the removal of Agony and Kane & Lynch 2 though lol.

SargonAelther: 1911154018 - Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days - Complete Edition - available in the UK.
This is a special case. The game in question is NOT available in the UK.
The game available in UK is this one: 2057392130

1911154018 is the censored version of Kane & Lynch 2 exclusively available in Germany.
Both games use the same slug and have exactly the same name

Check the games here:
https://www.gogdb.org/products?search=kane+%26+lynch+2
You will notice that gogdb says, that 1911154018 is not available. That's because gogdb is not located in Germany.
Depending on where you are located, you will only see the one or the other.

Btw, I got exactly the same numbers for Italy. I suspect the three unknown ones were something like goodie packs that have been removed. Edit: The information about Agony however is clearly wrong. I saw it in the current sale and also own it.

Most countries I've tried at random list the above 6.
1086074200 - Japanese edition of Mad Max.
1438925691 - Agony Soundtrack that's not visible in the store. The visible one is 1264965781.
1811181314 - Japanese edition of Horizon Zero Dawn Complete.
1862505817 - Horizon Zero Dawn Digital Comic Vol1. The regular one is 1589041089.
1911154018 - German edition of Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days - Complete Edition. The regular one is 2057392130.
2028023186 - Agony, which is part of the Agony + Agony UNRATED package. I don't know why it's on the banned list. Maybe in spite of what GOGdb shows, it's not actually what most buyers get.

There should be a sequence of steps in your process, for finding out what the names are, of the other banned games, for your country.

In my case, the country code is AU , for Australia
So in step 2, I use: https://api.gog.com/v1/bannedProducts?countryCode=AU , to generate the page of banned products product numbers for Australia.

4. Copy a product number from the output of step 2.
5. Enter "https://www.gogdb.org/product/" in the address bar of your browser, then paste the copied product number to the end of the typed address. This will give you the GOGdb page for the game.
I wondered what happened to "Kane and Lynch 2". Did it get pulled for everywhere but the UK?

edit: N/m search issues.

Thanks.
As for Agony I would say because the game component is not available to buy (anymore?), you can only buy it including the unrated patch. Maybe there are some countries where only the base version (without the patch) is available. Why there are two different soundtracks ... who knows.

So these are basically the counterparts for some country specific versions.

Edit: Now this does make me wonder what's different in the japanese version of Horizon Zero Dawn and Mad Max. Until now I didn't even know there were separated versions.
Edit2: There doesn't seem to be a significant difference, it' just about missing voices.
I saw the same with the disc version of DOAX3 on the PS4. There was a version that was japanese only and another one (different game ID), that was meant for the eastern market including english and other subtitles. The controls still followed the japanese scheme tho, which can be very irritating if you are used to western controls.

GOG Support solved the issue.
Thumbs up to them.
