As title says.

Purchased the game this morning, instead of GOG Downloader links I've found a 404 Error.

This situation is still but the worse is I haven't received a single answer or suggestion, even by the dev team.

So, could you help me or explain to me what's going on with this game, because I have not a single issue with my other titles.

I'm starting to be really tired and annoyed by this situation and I would understand something, before to ask a refund to GOG and giving to the developers my warm thanks for nothing.

Same here.

However, please note that the offline installer links DO work. If a person is able to navigate past the obnoxious Galaxy banner and giant button, they can then click on "Download Offline Backup Game Installers". This will open up to 4 links*, all of which you need to click on and download using your browser.

*there are 4 links for this game, but other games may have more/less links depending how big or small the game files are. Also please note the Jolly Brolly umbrella is an additional link under the offline installers. This sounds much more confusing than it actually is.

Here's hoping they fix the Downloader link soon but more importantly that Offline installers never go away.

I know, I know but I really need GOG Downloader, because it's optimized: my connection is a pile of junk (like as many other Italian connections, our web infrastructures are really old and primitive).

Less than 1 Mb/s in download and upload.

Same. And this game isn't the only one -- I checked a few and the following exhibit the same problem:
TerraTech
MIND: Path to Thalamus Enhanced Edition
FEZ
Chantelise - A Tale of Two Sisters
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale
There's bound to be some more, but that's what I found so far.

Thank you for this post. It appears GOG screwed preorderers out of the bonus weapon.

At least some of those games have been removed from the store. It is known that, when a game leaves the catalogue, the GOG downloader links stop working. Note that the GOG downloader is not officially suported anymore.

In the case of We Happy Few, make sure you are downloading thr correct version. According to another thread, the "In Dev" and the full game are two different instances of the game. The "In Dev" is not on the store anymore so it makes sense that the GOG downloader link doesn't work. How many We Happy Fews do you have in your library?

I pre-ordered before it went live, and I have the "Jolly Brolly DLC".

"Race Driver: GRID" is a removed game, but shows the GOG Downloader links just fine. I didn't try to actually download it, tho.

I have 1, the release version.

Did you preorder it this year? I bought it last year, specifically 2017-08-06, and got screwed.

edit: and now (2018-08-12 20:08 UTC) it's here. Thank you whoever added it, now to poke some downers.

This is concerning... I haven't preordered the game, just wishlisted. I've bought it yersterday, as seen was "available".

So, I have no double folder or confusing files. No "In Dev" version, only the release version.
Okay, so first: GOG downloader isn't supported any longer.
Second: There's a good chance that even if GOG downloader files will be provided, they haven't been uploaded yet, being of glacial priority.

Sigh! This useless clarification again...

Not supporting an application doesn't mean to erase it from a site.

GOG Downloader is still mentioned and present, because it's working, assolving its task, no matter if it's no longer supported.
And the issue is still.

C'mon, it's ridiculous!

Not a single word from the developers (my query under their FAQ thread has been ignored) and GOG Team either!

I'm not the only one with this problem, so (at least) a proper thread about it should have been created and pinned.

To be fair to the developers it's nothing to do with them.
A number of new games have issues with downloader links, I seem to remember this happened for a period a year or so ago and then got fixed, no idea of it's a similar situation this time.

My script (AdaliaFundamentals) may help, but I don't own any of the games in question to be sure.
So, you're telling me it's only a matter of time and the problem will be solved?

Ok, if it's so, but...

How much time?
Ah... I'm so glad I bought this on steam when it was in alpha version and bought the DLC too for a Massive discount of only USD $19.99
