AxMi-24: I signed up and it took a while for the mail to arrive (a week or two) and the code expired in that time. Is this something known or am I just unlucky (it was to a gmail address in case that matters)

Venom: The expired code was a bug on our end. Please try again and it should work.

Would love a chance to test this out and give some feedback. Anyone know when the next batch of codes will be sent? I signed up a few weeks back and still haven't got a code.

Not sure bud. I registered over a year ago and I still haven't received an invitation. It takes time after all, so be patient!

If it's really been a few weeks, I'd contact Support about it -- I'm guessing the codes shouldn't take THAT long to mail out. At the very least, try P.M.ing one of the GOG staffers here in the forums (such as Venom) to see if they can give you an answer.

You won't get an "invitation" to try Galaxy until it's in beta (at the earliest). If you'd like to help test the current alpha build, check out the first post of this sticky thread for more info (but please read the whole post before signing up, as there are some minor rules and requirements on your part). But if you meant that you already signed up for the alpha test and were never sent a key, then see my above reply to whitevans1.

Also, the Galaxy client closed alpha test phase didn't even begin until December, and you only registered here last June: so, whichever you meant, it definitely wasn't "over a year ago". =P

Id honestly have Galaxy work well, then have a buggy earlier version of it sooner. This is no small task they are doing.

According to GameSpot, Galaxy will be entering Open Beta today.

Seems the report was a little premature, GOG hasn't even finished updating the Galaxy download page yet.

Maybe a couple hours premature? Two weeks before Witcher 3's release makes sense to me, at least.

Mmmm, well, it'd be cool if open beta happened today (imo), but I can understand if they still have some bugs they want to squash beforehand.
