It figures on GOG with "soon" tag for some time now. I already wishlisted it but nothing seems to happen. Why there is no announcement with date?

It's meant to be read as "soon™".
This year.
I would suspect we're going to get a few SEGA titles released at once. And my wallet will not be ready but I'm still going to buy them...
When it's ready. Some games have been "coming soon" for years.
Maybe we could get a hint if we looked at how much time passed between announcement and release for Space Marine? Can anyone provide that information?

About a month, but 2Point Hospital was announced at the same time.

Maybe we get the Shenmue collection at the same time.
My bet is Halloween.
Hopefully the delay is because they’re putting LAN back in.

Was it ever taken out? I remember having LAN Parties on Soulstorm.
20th of Orktober, to coincide with the release of Warhammer 40,000: Shootas, Blood and Teef.
That's my guess, at least.

Who cares?

They said that the GOG version won't have Crossplay with Steam, therefore it will not have any viable multiplayer, therefore it will not be worth buying.

Thankfully, gog will cater to those that dont give a s*** about crossplay multiplayer, and release the game anyway, eventually.

Everyone except you.

It's not like you'd ever play multiplayer anyway.
