Wow. It's just been 18 hours and you are complaining already.
Think about those who waited for 4 days.

They do now (they didn't used to), but not with as many people as on weekdays. I wouldn't expect a reply before monday at the earliest.

Alright, thanks.
I would guess that support will take even longer than normal since probably tons of people are sending tickets for refunds of pinatas they did not like.

Still, I have sent my ticket 5 minutes after that pinata thing started.

Especially as transactions haven't been going thru paypal properly (payment is deducted but no GOG confirmation nor games in account) for some people for awhile now. More people will be buying during the promo so more people will experience the issue.

It ususally takes 2-3 business days (so not including weekends and polish holidays) and with outside business hours and during weekends there's only skeleton crew to handle emergencies. Tickets also go to queue and and different issues have different priorities (payment issues are highest priority and general feedback is lowest (can take 2+ weeks) I believe).

If iyou don't get reply in 2-3 business days or if it's emergency, you can try PM'ing Firek.

But.. is it a good idea to redirect everyone to Firek?
He'll get overwhelmed faster than the support.. O_o

It isn't. I think it was Judas who once said that they get flooded with PMs and can't answer them anymore.

exactly, there seem to be online games sites that also sell games that are even slower, up to 2 weeks or so :
so gog is still the fastest to reply ....

plus its weekend : logical that the support will be slower, the support is only human too
so give them some time to solve it ....
