tfishell: … Unfortunately, it's safe to say the original won't be included, and thus the wishlist entry for "Full Throttle" won't get completed. (As the wishlist guy, that frustrates me somewhat. ;)

mk47at: I'm pretty sure that they will mark it as completed, because the new version is so much better. They did mark DOTT completed and someone opened a new entry for the original version – or am I thinking about some other game?
You're thinking of Grim Fandango. After that backlash I think they're done with merging wishlist entries, fortunately. ;)

Day of the Tentacle still remains uncompleted. https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=day+of+the&order=votes_total

Right, I was thinking about GF. They didn't mark the old one as completed, but there are still newer entries asking for the original version. I rembered someone talking about the new entries.

Let's hope that they don't mark incomplete entries as completed. :)

Phc7006: But if new releases are to be considered, Hitman 5 and Deux EX Mankind Divided would be somehow logical choices.
If by Hitman 5, you mean Absolution, maybe. If, instead, you meant the recently-released one (the 6th), then no, not anytime soon, because it carries Denuvo. Mankind Divided will also, more than likely carry Denuvo, which also makes a release here unlikely anytime soon.

I'm really hoping for The Curse of Monkey Island.
I'm hoping for Blizzard classics. Still more likely than Valve's.

For a more realistic possibility though: American McGee's Alice series.
Dead Island franchise.

I think I've already said this in previous threads, but I've toyed with the idea of emailing Gaben to see if he'd release Half-Life 1 here in exchange for GOG bringing the Gold Box games to Steam. ;-)

Or it could just be a fantastic April Fools joke.

mike_cesara: Dead Island franchise.
Yeah, I agree. The Dead Island Definitive Edition is quite likely to show up in the near future.
My Anger.. RRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
I agree that the most likely is Homeworld

No One Lives Forever is actively being worked on by some very big fish in the old-to-you market.

And I'm going to bet that we see Fallout 3 GOTY at some point.

My Dream Wishlist is the iD games: Doom, Rage, Wolfenstein 's. and from Arkane: Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, maybe Dishonored ^_^

I'll take Homeworld, though I barely won it the 1st time. That is a HARD game. Be nice to stop worrying about my cd of it.
Full Throttle is guaranteed to come to GOG when the remaster is released. I hope The Curse of Monkey Island shows up here too.

NOLF? Really? I thought that IP was stuck in legal hell. If Night Dive was finally able to negotiate an agreement between Warner Bros. and Fox, that's definitely news to me. Care to provide a link? :)

I have no insider information of any kind to go on, but I'm betting we'll actually be seeing the newer Bethesda RPGs coming here in the short term (6-12 mos.), in addition to the remaining gaps in the the LA back catalog like the Full Throttle remaster and the remaining Monkey Island games. With 2K Games now on GOG I'm also thinking we'll be seeing more Take Two games like Oni and the Myth series here soon, too.

I'd like to think that EA will release more of its classic back catalog like the C&C series, but I'm almost certain that they'll remain Origin-exclusive.

Homeworld would be nice, but if Gearbox ever decides to come to GOG (which I don't see happening anytime soon) you can be sure they'd be releasing their remastered edition.

On my wishlist is the last major publisher I can think of off the top of my head that isn't on GOG: Microsoft.
No links just facebook and forum chatter...

I would love to see more Red Faction if they could swing it ^_^

Oh it's coming, the only question is when. ;-)
